The Code aims to ensure all international students, including Nepalese students, receive professional and ethical service when they use agents to help them apply to Australian institutions.

Australian Government funds INSEC through its 2011-12 Human Rights Grant Scheme

Informal Sector Service Centre (INSEC), has been awarded NPR8.2 million (AUD99,370) to conduct a joint forum for major human rights NGOs in Nepal and to coordinate human rights monitoring and reporting, both domestically and internationally.

SPORT DEVELOPMENT GRANT

Through its 2011-12 Australian Sports Outreach Program (ASOP), the Australian Government has provided NPR1.646 million (AUD19,538) to the Blue Diamond Society (BDS) to undertake a project aimed at using sport to tackle the social stigmas associated with the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgendered and intersex community in Nepal.
